Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 28 minutes
Total Time 43 minutes
Servings: 16 blondies

Ingredients

  • * 3/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • * 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • * 2 large eggs
  • * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • * 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • * 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • * 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • * 1 cup fresh blueberries

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and blueberries gently.
  6. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 26-28 minutes until edges are lightly golden and center is just set.
  8. Cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Store blondies in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Fresh blueberries work best for cleaner-looking bars, but frozen blueberries can be used if lightly coated in flour first. Avoid overbaking to keep the centers chewy.
