- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
- Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and blueberries gently.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 26-28 minutes until edges are lightly golden and center is just set.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
Store blondies in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Fresh blueberries work best for cleaner-looking bars, but frozen blueberries can be used if lightly coated in flour first. Avoid overbaking to keep the centers chewy.
