Easy Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Easy no-bake cheesecake stuffed strawberries made with cream cheese filling for a light patriotic dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • * 24 large fresh strawberries
  • * 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • * 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • * 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • * 1/4 cup whipped topping optional, for lighter texture
  • * Optional: crushed graham crackers or sprinkles for topping

Method
 

  1. Wash strawberries and cut off tops, then hollow out centers.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping if using.
  4. Pipe or spoon filling into each strawberry.
  5. Add optional toppings if desired.
  6. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served fresh within 24 hours. Keep refrigerated until serving. Do not overfill strawberries or they may tip over or leak.
