Everyone Stops for These Red White & Blue Frozen Drinks

Easy patriotic layered frozen drinks made with blue sports drink, piña colada drink, and red juice blended with ice for a refreshing 4th of July party drink.

Ingredients
  

Base
  • 4 –5 cups ice divided
Blue Layer
  • 1 cup Blue G2 Gatorade cold
White Layer
  • 1 cup Sobe Piña Colada drink cold
Red Layer
  • 1 cup CranApple juice cold
Optional Garnish:
  • Whipped topping
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Patriotic paper straws

Method
 

  1. Add Blue G2 Gatorade and 1½ cups ice to a blender. Blend until thick and slushy.
  2. Pour blue layer evenly into 3 glasses, filling each about one-third full. Place glasses in freezer.
  3. Add Sobe Piña Colada drink and 1½ cups ice to blender. Blend until thick.
  4. Remove glasses and carefully pour the white layer over the back of a spoon onto the blue layer. Return glasses to freezer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add CranApple juice and 1½–2 cups ice to blender. Blend until thick.
  6. Slowly pour the red layer over the white layer using the spoon method.
  7. Garnish if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Drinks must be cold before blending for clean layers.
More ice = thicker layers and better separation.
Freezing between layers improves stability.
Serve immediately for best texture.
If layers start mixing, your slush is too thin.
