Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg, egg yolk, lemon zest, and lemon juice; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until dough forms.
- Gently fold in frozen blueberries.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not thaw blueberries before adding. Avoid overmixing to prevent color bleeding. Store in airtight container up to 3 days.
