Method
- Cut cake into bite-sized cubes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- In a large glass bowl, layer cake, cream mixture, strawberries, and blueberries.
- Repeat layers until bowl is full.
- Finish with berries on top.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Best served within 24–48 hours. Do not assemble too far in advance or cake will become overly soft. Use a clear bowl for best presentation.
